The Texas State Teachers Association (TSTA), the Texas affiliate of the National Education Association, endorsed Representative Tracy O.King’s candidacy for reelection to the Texas House of Representatives.
“I am honored to have earned the trust of the TSTA, a group that has the best interest of students and teachers at heart,” stated Rep. King. “Every day our teachers work hard for our school children and I will continue my efforts to work hard for our teachers and school children too.”
Founded in 1880, TSTA unites, organizes and empowers public education advocates to shape public education in Texas. TSTA is committed to excellence in public schools and is constantly working to ensure quality education for students and to improve the status of teachers and other educational employees.
